Understand a sequence and then with others take it apart: the five phases of a class, pose families, preparing joints and actions for a peak, counterposes, and transitions that don't have students flipping up and down all hour. You'll design short sequence classes to practice with and learn 6 different ways to sequence a class that focuses on supporting populations and different aspects of life.
