Mission
This training helps working teachers expand their knowledge in a connective setting.We go deeper into the body, the breath and yoga’s South Asian roots and African philosophies and we learn to hold rooms where every body, background and nervous system belongs. Teachers leave more skilled, more honest and more rooted, ready to lead with care and communities or most of all, how they relate to themselves and in the world.
The training at a glance
Six in-person long weekends from April to November 2027, a summer practicum, and live online sessions in between. A small cohort of no more than 10 teachers.
