Community Wellness Series
A multi-week series blending movement, reflection, and accessible practice pathways to increase consistency and connection. Yoga in the Park was created as a free, sponsor-supported public wellness initiative - held outdoors, open to all levels, and framed as community gatherings rather than fitness sessions.
Approach:Â Free, sponsor-supported public programming. Community-first framing over fitness-first framing.

NAC Partnership - Black Out Night
Black-identifying audiences are often underrepresented, under-centred, or treated as secondary within major arts institutions. This case study explores intentional space-making where Black community members could see themselves reflected, welcomed, and prioritized within a national cultural venue.

Yoga Studio & Wellness Culture
Rural and small-town communities often lack inclusive wellness spaces led by people with lived experience of marginalization. In Arnprior and the Ottawa Valley, accessible movement spaces rooted in cultural care, consent, and community leadership were absent - until Union 108.
The Gap: No inclusive, culture-rooted wellness spaces in the Ottawa Valley led by people with lived experience.
