Discover the roots of teaching and the heart of practice in this 50-Hour Yoga Foundations Training. This program is designed for curious students, dedicated practitioners, and aspiring teachers who want to go deeper into yoga and movement for modern day life without committing to a full 200-hour certification.
Over four weekend days, you’ll gain the tools and confidence to teach a slow yoga and movement practice. We’ll explore the history and roots of yoga, foundational postures, basic anatomy and alignment, how to sequence balanced classes, cueing with clarity, building the right vibe through presence, and the art of holding space. You’ll also receiveteaching experience, constructive feedback, and the support of a vibrant yoga community.
Whether you’re ready to step into teaching, enhance your personal practice, or earn continuing education credits, this training provides a strong foundation and real-world experience. By the end, you’ll be prepared to confidently guide a 60-minute & 75-minute practice and for those who wish, this training can be applied toward a full 200-hour certification.
