Develop as a practitioner or immerse yourself in teaching with  philosophy, traditional practices/culture and information. From learning about yoga history from both India and Africa, BIPOC experiences in Western wellness spaces, Indigenous & Settler’s relations, anatomy, theme weaving, language sequencing and more.

For the practioner. Deepen your understanding  and learn ways to implement and honour the practice of yoga daily.
